"Actually Had the Parts in Stock"
I ordered a few parts and, unlike some other places I’ve tried, everything that was listed as in stock actually shipped out. No backorder surprises or waiting around for updates. Straightforward experience, that’s all I was hoping for

"Wrong item at first, but they fixed it fast"
I did get the wrong item the first time, which was annoying and felt unnecessary, but Botach handled it really well. I emailed them and heard back quicker than I expected, and they sent out the correct item without turning it into a whole hassle. Mistakes happen, but they made it right, so I’m still giving them 5 stars

I emailed botach with a question about my order and they got back to me the same day, which I really appreciated. The reply was clear and actually felt like a real person answered, not just some copy-and-paste response. They explained what was going on and made the whole process easy, so I didn’t have to keep following up. Overall, really happy with how quick and simple it was.

"Good deal, even if shipping took a bit"
I was kind of in a hurry when I ordered, but Botach had a better price than most of the other places I checked, and the discount code actually went through at checkout. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, which was a little annoying since I was feeling rushed, but for what I saved, I can’t complain too much. My order showed up fine and I ended up paying less than I expected. I’d use Botach again if they’ve got deals like this.

"Handled the issue fairly"
My order from botach arrived with one item damaged, probably got banged up during shipping. I emailed them a couple pictures, and while it took about a day to hear back, they got a replacement sent out without making it a hassle. Obviously it would’ve been better if everything showed up right the first time, but stuff happens in shipping. What matters to me is how a company deals with it, and they handled it in a fair, common-sense way. I’m satisfied overall.
